Welcome to Eagle Nodes. By purchasing or using our game server hosting, dedicated resources, or web services, you agree to comply with the following terms. These terms ensure a fair and high-quality environment for all gamers and developers on our network.

1. SERVICE PROVISION & ACCOUNT

To access our services, you must be at least 13 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Eagle Nodes is not liable for any loss resulting from compromised credentials.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

Our infrastructure is optimized for gaming. Prohibited activities include:

Network Interference: Outbound DDoS attacks, IP scanning, or stress testing.
Resource Abuse: Crypto-mining, Chia plotting, or bypassing allocated CPU/RAM limits.
Illegal Content: Hosting pirated software (warez) or any content violating international law.

3. UP-TIME & DDOS PROTECTION

We target 99.9% uptime. While our Eagle-Shield mitigation is robust, we reserve the right to null-route IPs during extreme attacks to maintain stability for the rest of the node.

4. BILLING AND REFUNDS

All services are pre-paid.
Refunds: We offer a 48-hour refund window for new game server clients. Dedicated servers and domain registrations are non-refundable. Chargebacks result in immediate termination and a permanent ban.

5. DATA BACKUPS

While we provide backup tools, data integrity is the user's responsibility. We highly recommend utilizing off-site backups for your mission-critical world files.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Services are provided "AS IS." Eagle Nodes shall not be liable for any indirect damages or data loss resulting from the use of our hosting platform.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any breach of these terms or behavior deemed harmful to our hardware and community.
